  • Project schedules are estimates only and may change due to weather, inspections, subcontractor availability, or supply chain issues.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of schedule adjustments.


7. Warranties

  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or work performed by third parties after completion.
